The size? launches app gives you a fair chance of getting your hands on the most coveted releases each and every week. And the best part is it’s really easy to enter.
To get yourself in the running, simply:
• Download our ‘size? launches’ app.
• Log in with your existing size? account (don’t have one? Sign up on the app)
• Select the launch product you’re after.
• Select your size.
• Confirm those payment details.
• Submit your entry.
And that’s it – we told you it was easy!
Once the draw has finished, we will swiftly inform you of the result – win or lose. If you’re one of the lucky ones, we will take care of the rest. This includes processing your order and endeavoring to get your product sent to your chosen address on the very same day – which is always nice.
It’s also worth noting that we pre-authorise your card details & subsequently hold the money until after the draw closes. If you’re successful, your payment will be taken at the close of the draw. If you’re unsuccessful, your funds will be returned into your account within 3 to 5 days. If you’re wondering why we do this, it’s to make the transaction process much smoother and quicker on launch day.

My favourite main stream app by far!
Been using this app for approximately 2 years, it’s easily one of the best places to get the latest most hype shoes
It’s a very reliable app which never crashes, I’ve had plenty of raffle wins too. It’s also really easy and quick to enter a raffle and make payment, if unsuccessful the funds are always returned quickly, never an issue there.
One time there was a problem with my delivery and the guy I spoke to on customer service was genuinely helpful and resolved the problem in an impress manner, normally with other companies in this situation they’d have just offered a refund but SIZE gave me the option of replacement shoes or refund 👍🏻
Worst app ever do not use!
I entered for a raffle a while back using this app for the yeezy 350 Black. I’m fully aware that they take preauthorised payment which is fine. I’ve had several bad experiences prior to this occasion where I enter and get an error msg although the money is out of my bank account for the raffle. Anyway with the yeezy 350 Black I actually got a confirmation email stating I’d won and thanks for participating. 2 days later I noticed the money had been returned to my account. So I called customer service and after numerous calls going back and forth explaining the situation I was finally told that they didn’t have enough stock to fulfil my raffle win was the likey outcome, although this was never confirmed and I never ever recieved an email explaining what happened. To make it worse I saw several posts on Instagram saying that size? have additional stock on a first come first serve basis at several stores. So after never winning a single 1 of their raffles I went to actually winning 1 that never materialized all the while my money was on hold for 5-6 days. Terrible company, dead app, and horrendous customer service! Size?/JD sports you need to sort it out big time!!! -5 stars!
Fix it.
I have had some trouble with this app for a long time and now today in an attempt to enter a raffle, it continuously tells me that there is something wrong with my payment. I have checked repeatedly, re-entered information, and even deleted and redownloaded the app. I find this to be rather infuriating. Please fix your app before people stop using it completely and from what I can see from some of these reviews, there’s not long left before that happens.
